I love this article and it will force me to think this through!! Even if I work from 8am to 4pm, may be I can apply some of that no time zone from 4pm to 8am. That would be start! Anyone has a better idea?

Suppose, just suppose, that you have a very strong internal instinct for your own internal clock. Your 'sun-dial'. You 'feel', no you 'need' to go to bed with the sunset and wake up with the sunrise.

A super natural thing to do and how nature intended it for us. I once tried that for a few days.

Soon, very soon, you're an outcast in your world. No more social life, people 'giving up' on you.

Just one little change. How far have we drifted away from nature..

Beautiful article Cyntha. Love... as always.

Dear Cyntha, your article "Living Without Time " is thought-provoking. I have often thought about the distinction between Mind Time and Real Time.

Quote: " In summary, mind time relates to how we think and process time, while real time pertains to the constraints and requirements that must be met in real-world applications to ensure timely outcomes." End Quote

Whenever I can, I prefer Mind Time.
